Celebrate saving energy with Switch Off Fortnight 18 November - 1 December 2013

28 August 2013

Thousands of schools take part in our Switch Off Fortnight campaign every year, some reporting savings of 20% on their energy bills.

The campaign is an excellent way to teach students about the energy issues impacting our country and the importance of using energy efficiently. It is deliberately timed for the start of the darker and colder months when we start to use more heating and lighting, but if you can do these dates or you want to run another campaign to remind everyone to keep up the good work it can be done at any time.
