In recent years, the importance of eating and living healthily while at school is being seen as being increasingly important. The profile of an unhealthy lifestyle in schools has been lifted, by chiefs like Jamie Oliver. With this rising awareness, we’ve also seen a growing interest in the health and wellbeing of school pupils.
The state of all of our health is not only related to our diet but a healthy child also has a higher chance of long-term physical wellbeing. A good sense of physical wellbeing can give a child confidence, general happiness and a positive outlook on life.
